Refund Policy
Eligibility To be eligible for a refund under our money-back guarantee:
- Your request must be submitted within 60 days of your delivery date.
- Applies to one bottle per customer (first-time purchases only).
How to request a refund Contact us at support@thyrawell.com with your order number and we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days - no return shipping required.
Damaged or wrong items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@thyrawell.com and we'll make it right.
Non-refundable items We are unable to process refunds for orders outside the 60-day window or for customers who have previously received a refund on a prior order.
Processing time Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@thyrawell.com.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification, regardless of the conditions above. Contact us at support@thyrawell.com to exercise this right.
